Abstract: | OBJECTIVES-OF THE STUDY The aim of the study is to compare the following factors in two groups i.e.: Group BD: 0.5% Hyperbaric Bupivacaine 15mg +5μg Dexmedetomidine Group BF: 0.5% Hyperbaric Bupivacaine 15mg+25μg Fentanyl With respect to, 1. Onset and duration of sensory blockade. 2. Onset and duration of motor blockade. 3. Haemodynamic changes like heart rate and blood pressure. 4. Time of first rescue analgesia. 5. Adverse effects of study drugs. |
