dc.description.abstract Cardiovascular morbidity & mortality are predominantly seen in diabetic patients with dyslipidemia. But unfortunately, most of the diabetic patients are unaware of their dyslipidemic status. By diagnosing & initiating steps to normalize the levels of circulating lipids, the odds of developing cardiovascular complications and mortality can be decreased.
